WeObserve Roadshow event: Citizen Observatories for flood management

The Roadshow in Miren was canceled due to COVID pandemic.
This interactive event will showcase to emergency managers, local authorities and other policy/decision-makers what Citizen Observatories are and how they can effectively help in the management of flood risk, including in transboundary river basins.
Activities will include:
- Practical demonstration of a citizen observatory for flood risk management;
- Cost/benefit analysis of Citizen Observatories;
- Exchange of experiences: how can a Citizen Observatory help you?
- Expert panel on balancing the social dimensions and enabling technologies of Citizen Observatories
The event will take place on 11 March 2020, from 09:00 to 13:00, on Miren, Slovenia.
