Title Webinar – Cataloging citizens’ observatories data and results
Description The webinar covers elements about harvesting citizen-science data from different providers, showcasing the harvesting capabilities of NextGEOSS. It aims to showcase that european public investment in projects like SCENT adds value to both the EO and the citizen-science communities. Additionally, the benefits of having environmental monitoring data added in NextGEOSS catalogue and how to make existing systems more friendly to cataloguing are explained. The webinar was organised in the context of the Dubrovnik INSPIRE Hackathon, aiming to establish a deeper understanding of the WeObserve citizen-science challenges.
