In 2018, the CoP3 organizes an interoperability experiment as the first activity of this CoP. It will last less than a year and if successful, it can have a follow up starting in the second half of 2019.
We are using the OGC external (public) twiki to collect the information on the status and evolution of the Citizen Science Interoperability Experiment. Please visit http://external.opengeospatial.org/twiki_public/CitSciIE/WebHome
We will also use Github for elaborating a documentation on lessons learned in the IE: https://github.com/opengeospatial/CitSciIE. Discussions on the content of the document could be recorded as GitHub issues.
More generic discussion on Interoperability of Citizen Science can be documented in this forum.
It is interesting to read your blog post and I am going to share it with my friends.
